How do I track my shipment?
Once your item has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (sent to the address provided at checkout). If you encounter any issues with tracking, please reach out to us through the chat for assistance.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
All items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. We use UPS Ground (1-5 business days) for all shipments. You can expect to receive your item within 1-8 business days from the time your order is placed.
Tracking says Delivered, but I didn’t receive my item
If your tracking shows "Delivered," but you haven't received your package, please follow these steps:
- Verify the shipping address you provided during checkout to ensure it’s correct.
- Look around the delivery location for your package (e.g., front porch, back door, or any other safe spot).
- Ask household members or neighbors if someone accepted the package on your behalf.
- Wait 24-48 hours as packages can sometimes be marked as delivered before they arrive.
- Contact UPS directly with your tracking number to inquire further or file a claim.
- Reach out to us here if you’ve completed all the steps above and still haven’t received your package. We’ll help you investigate further.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or replace orders marked as "delivered" but not received. Due to an increase in fraudulent claims, UPS no longer considers packages lost once they are marked as delivered. Even if we submit a customer complaint, the best course of action is for you to contact UPS directly with your tracking information to initiate a claim. While we are required to follow UPS guidelines, we will assist you however we can during the process. However, we are unable to proceed with refunds or replacements in these cases.
