How to Start Your Return

We’re sorry you need to return your item, but we’re here to help! Here’s how to get the process started:

  1. Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your item.
  2. Condition of the Item: The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Start the Return: To begin your return, please reach out to us via chat with:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • The item you wish to return

What to Include with Your Return

  • All parts, assembly tools, and accessories need to be returned with the item to receive a full refund.
  • If you’re still deciding, please hold onto the original packaging. Returns without it may incur additional shipping or restocking fees.

Once we’ve approved your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back to us. Please note that returns without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we want to make it right:

  1. Contact Us Within 7 Days: Let us know right away if you’ve received a damaged or defective item.
  2. What We Need: Please include your full name, order number, and a few photos of the issue.
  3. What We’ll Do: Depending on the situation, we’ll either send you replacement parts or send you a new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items can’t be returned, including custom products, special orders, or personalized items. If you have any doubts about whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us!


Can I Exchange My Item?

We don’t process direct exchanges at Halle’s Corner. However, you can:

  1. Return your original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the item(s) you prefer.

All returns are still subject to our Return Policy.


Refunds

Once we’ve received your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Please allow 1-3 business days for inspection. If your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, don’t hesitate to reach out to us through chat.
